Common Questions

Do I need money to start wholesaling? +
No. Wholesaling is specifically designed to be a strategy you can start with little to no money out of pocket. You're acting as a middleman — you find the deal, get it under contract, and then assign that contract to a cash buyer for a fee. No mortgage, no down payment.
Do I need a real estate license? +
You do not need a license to wholesale real estate. Wholesaling involves assigning contracts, not acting as a licensed agent. I cover what's required in your state and how to stay compliant inside the course.
What if I'm a complete beginner? +
The curriculum is built for beginners. We start from the absolute basics and work up. If you can make phone calls, send emails, and follow a system, you have everything you need to start.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
What happens during the live calls? +
Once a month, members join a live Zoom call where I answer questions and review real deals members submit. It's recorded and added to the member library, so even if you miss it live, you'll always have access.
